Global Young Leaders Summit (GYLS) gives high-achieving scholars age 18 or older a unique opportunity to distinguish themselves through continued career and leadership preparation in the company of peers from around the world. Wrapped within the travel experience of a lifetime is an educational, culturally enriching experience designed to add to each scholar's personal knowledge, leadership abilities and academic profile.
Each Global Young Leaders Summit (GYLS) is designed to educate, inspire and motivate students by giving them the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the great achievements and enormous challenges that face leaders in the 21st century.
The Summit's curriculum was developed by Dr. Marguerite Regan, a former high school teacher and social science department chairperson with a doctorate in political science from Purdue University. Dr. Regan has been involved in the creation and development of innovative educational curricula and programs for over 30 years. Under Dr. Regan's direction, the curriculum provides a unique approach to leadership training.
