The Junior National Young Leaders Conference (JrNYLC) Mentor Reference Program gives educators the chance to communicate with one another about JrNYLC and the nomination process.

Whether you share your experiences with other educators directly or provide feedback in writing, your familiarity with JrNYLC and the nomination process could benefit those still considering nominating their students.
