I was able to raise more then half of the money needed for my trip to Washington D.C. I went into local stores and into public buildings [and asked] for their support. I also shoveled snow on my block and that helped me. I was able to fly for free thanks to United Airlines. I told them what I was going to and they gave me a round-trip ticket. My advice to everyone else to work hard [and] play hard.
