Tuition for the Junior National Young Leaders Conference (JrNYLC) includes all housing, program materials, breakfasts, lunches (with the exception of arrival and departure days) and dinners and is $1,950 for the summer 2012 sessions. Students will need money only for incidentals (phone calls, snacks, etc.).

Also included in tuition is transportation from Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) to the program locations (the National 4H Youth Conference Center or the Kirkland Conference Center) for students arriving by plane. JrNYLC staff members meet students at their airport gates immediately upon their arrival, and escort them to the program location. Click here to learn more.

Tuition and Travel Protection Plan

This valuable coverage reimburses for expenses due to late or cancelled flights, replacement of lost luggage or personal items, baggage delays, illness or injury, medical expenses and many more items. The Congressional Youth Leadership Council (CYLC) makes every effort to assist students with gathering funds for part or all of their tuition through fundraising and scholarships.
