The National Young Leaders Program (NYLP) is a five-day program developed to introduce the nation's highest-achieving elementary students to key leadership traits that are critical to their success in their education and beyond.

Throughout the Program's interactive learning activities and exercises, students are introduced to and practice key leadership traits and are also guided on how to apply them at home and in school. At NYLP, young leaders also create, plan and take part in a community service project with their peers, faculty advisors and program staff.

The Program was designed to be as convenient for parents as possible. As a local, day-only program held Monday-Friday, parents can conveniently drop-off and pick-up students each day.
